Then Idea Lab Is For You

The Idea Lab is an intensive 6-week idea validation program that aims to help teams investigate their business assumptions and validate them one by one to ensure the validity of their business. The Idea Lab aims to help the people develop their ideas and investigate them for solution market fit. Each week, teams will attend workshops, receive mentorship, and work on testing their assumptions with world-class experts and mentors. At the end of each week, teams must submit a set of deliverables to the program staff and mentors for review.

FAQ

Yes! Any idea is based on assumptions. During the IdeaLab we test assumptions prior, conduct customer interviews and adjust the business model. Important, we want people with ideas open for suggestions to grow personally.

The IdeaLab equips you with the tools to understand customer problems, competitors analysis and how to provide value with your idea. Ideal for everyone who still need to test several assumptions in their idea but also keen to grow and open to learn to test assumptions.

Anyone can participate in idea lab if they have an idea of a tech-enabled solution. All we ask is that you are motivated to find solutions for the problems or exploit an opportunity.

No. For this program no team is needed. The main founder should be able to cover all the work load required which is around 10 hours per week.

We are recruiting mentors who have experience participating or advising on your idea or have a strong technical expertise that may be relevant to numerous teams. Mentors will be able to provide virtual talks, workshops, and directly advise teams throughout the idea lab.

The IdeaLab is a 6-week program with weekly check ins, workshops, and deliverables.

You will need to upload a video pitch where you will also be able to answer a couple of questions.

The top teams identified by judges will be admitted to our GeeXelerator Program.

The idea lab is an online program. All you need is your computer, a pen and paper, and a stable internet connection.

Yes. You can apply with as many ideas as you want. Each idea should be sent out in a different application.

We will send you an email 3-4 days before the start of the program to let you know that you are admitted.

Teams and their idea will be selected in two phases. Phase 1 is the application form. Pre-Selected applicants will be asked in Phase 2 to meet one of our GSG Members to assess the next steps.
