Learning to Earning – Jobs4All – 1001 Stars is a 12-month initiative delivered by Gaza Sky Geeks in strategic partnership with GlocalShift Foundation and the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund. The initiative supports Palestinian youth and women in developing market-relevant technical and digital skills, gaining practical experience, and connecting with employment, freelancing, and internship opportunities. By linking skills development with real-world experience, mentorship, and access to opportunities, the program helps participants turn learning into pathways toward more sustainable livelihoods.

Over 12 months, the initiative will provide:

4- Experiential learning and internship cohorts
5- Internship opportunities providing participants with practical workplace experience
6- Professional and soft-skills development to help participants navigate the world of work
7- Support for young people to explore pathways to employment, freelancing, and income generation
8- Access to two supported coworking spaces

Coworking Spaces

The programme supports two coworking spaces in the Gaza Strip, providing young people with a professional environment to study, freelance, collaborate, and connect with peers and mentors
