Taylor Valore is a Principal at Sadara Ventures, Palestine’s first venture capital fund, where he supports pipeline development, due diligence and portfolio management.
Mr. Valore has more than seven years of experience managing technology and in the Middle East. A passionate technologist specialized in the region, Mr. Valore was Head of Product Development at RavenPack International, a VC-backed startup, where he oversaw the commercialization of the company’s big data analytics portfolio and managed strategic partnerships with Dow Jones and others.
His leadership defined RavenPack’s overall strategy and brought in the company’s first sales. Recently, Mr. Valore worked in business intelligence product planning at Microsoft, where he led and authored that company’s market opportunity analysis for big data analytics.
In the Middle East, Mr. Valore oversaw numerous large-scale technology implementation projects at the American University in Cairo.
Mr. Valore studied Computer Science at Carleton College and holds both an MBA from the Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was the recipient of multiple graduate scholarships and studied Arabic.
يعمل تايلور كمدير في (صدارة فينتشرز) اول حقيبة استثمارية للاستثمار في المشاريع الريادية في فلسطين حيث يشرف علي تطوير المشاريع والاستثمارات الخاصة بصدارة فينتشرز.
تايلور يملك سبع سنوات من الخبرة في مجال إدارة المشاريع التكنولوجية وفي العمل في الشرق الأوسط, عمل تايلور كمسؤول تطوير المنتجات في RavenPack international وهي شركة ناشئة مدعومة من حقيبة استثمارية ضخمة, حيث عمل نشر وترويج المشروع كما عمل علي إدارة العلاقات الخاصة بالشركاء في Dow Jones وغيرهم.
إدارة تايلور حددت الاستراتيجية الخاصة ب RavenPack ومكنت الشركة من تحقيق المبيعات, كما وعمل تايلور في تخطيط المنتجات و بناء نظم معلوماتية في Microsoft حيث قاد الجهود التي انتجت التحليل الخاص بفرص السوق وحاجته لحلول المعلومات الضخمة Big Data.
في الشرق الأوسط قام السيد تايلور بالعمل مع الجامعة الامريكية في القاهرة علي العديد من المشاريع التكنولوجية الضخمة.
درس السيد تايلور علوم الكمبيوتر في جامعة Carleton ويحمل درجة الماجستير MBA من جامعة Wharton ودرجة الماجستير في الدراسات الدولية من جامعة Pennsylvania وحصل علي الكثير من المنح الدراسية وقام أيضا بدراسة اللغة العربية.
